I agree with the PM idea.

Or, if you see a person posting a question that you feel shouldn't be answered in public (for whatever reason), send a polite PM to that person to explain why. If that member is known or trusted, you could tell them that way.

This thread now has everyone wondering what certain things stand for, and maybe even has some people intrigued and now aware that some things could cause damage. In effect, it's advertising to vandals that they can do bad things. Had someone simply stated what something stood for, it could have been a lot more discrete - or else the thread should be deleted.

What we have now is anyone that chooses to search for what PBIC stands for, perhaps simply out of curiosity will now be directed to this site and this very thread!

It is in fact the designation for a special coach for Ivo, the Paddington to Bath Inter City.
(not a lot of people know that)
