Land Rover driver blocks a bus

Can't really see what the point is. Buses reverse, on public roads, with passengers on, all over the UK every day. I gather some people still won't accept that it's legal.
It is perfectly legal, however It is up to the operator to ensure that a suitable risk assessment has taken place though, certainly in "timetabled" reversal points.
