I intend to travel on the above but wish to do it as a circular trip from Carlisle. ie Out via Penrith & back via Workington or VV. I would be travelling with my Mother & Brother.
Now to confuse matters I have a TOCNE Priv card (as well as free "box" travel with First, my Mum has a Senior Railcard, & my brother no discounts at all.
We would like to break the journey at Keswick.
Any tips on the best tickets to get, prices &c would be most appreciated,
