On the Russian site, theres a reference from an English poster to his own site here:

This is a promotional poster for Kestrel which I've never seen before. I love the bombastic tone of old fashioned marketing speak:

"The advent of the 'Kestrel' - the first AC/DC locomotive on British Rail - is yet further evidence of BRUSH supremacy as Britain's leading locomotive designers"
