Anyway to do this from a forum index?

I only see an option once you've opened the thread.

It'll do this automatically if you click on a thread title from the homepage when logged in. If you've read the thread in its entirety, you'll be taken to the latest post.

What confused me is that if you've read a few pages of a thread but not all and later click on the thread title it will take you to the start it there are no new posts as opposed to where you left off reading as most other forums seem to.
