Looking for a bit of advice.
My friend is trying to get from Birmingham to London this afternoon and is booked on an Avanti service around 14.00.
There is currently an incident between Birmingham international and Coventry and seems the line is completely blocked.
The disruption page suggests disruption until 13.00 but I am concerned it might stretch beyond this point. He's catching a Eurostar so keen not to get stranded.
Is his best bet at this point to drive to Rugby which is past the disruption?
