Invictaway models - date range?

I'm after a model of an Invictaway coach for my model railway layout. I've found two, a Corgi Plaxton Paramount and a EFSI Bova Futura.
Neither of them are the model I remember operating services when I knew them, which was in the mid-to-late '80s and the era I wish to model, but were they in use and I just didn't see them?
If not, does anyone know when they were used?

The black doubledecker would have been an Atlantean, these being replaced in the mid '80s by new Olympians. Living in S.E. London and commuting to Maidstone every day for a few years in the 1980s I used to see them everyday.

From a purely modeling standpoint. Assuming your layout is OO gauge, I would be inclined of the 2 models that are available to get the Bova. At 1:87 scale, if placed near the back of the layout it will blend better with OO's 1:76 scale.
The Paramount is out of scale for OO as it is built to 1:67 scale, and when placed next to a Hornby Mk1 is almost as tall as it.

I must admit, I'd thought I'd read that the Corgis were too big, but almost every mention I'd seen said 1:76, which was leading me to the Futura anyway.
