I have 22 day continuous interail pass, and planning to catch 01.24 Exeter-Paddington arrive 05.04 on 25th Sept, then the 07.01 London-Paris Eurostar. I haven’t booked as through reservations, so if the 01.24 Exeter-Paddington(sleeper) gets in too late for 07.01, will i be allowed on following service with my 07.01 reservation? Have plenty time Paris for train onto Milan.

I'm not sure for certain (and not sure anyone can say for certain) but since you clearly have a long amount of time and people generally report eurostar to be pretty proactive on stuff like this, you should be fine.
The sleeper is also rarely delayed by that much since it is has a very padded schedule and paddington to st pancras is an easy change so you'll almost certainly be fine.

As you have 2, possibly 3, backup trains (depends which route you are taking to Milan), you might be able to get your reservation changed in the event of delay.

However, passholder fares are sold out in both classes until mid afternoon - your other option of paying to change train is probably ruled out.
