Here is a timeline involving a case with GTR where the OP posted dates for others to see in their thread - in case this helps with your question. Would have included Christmas period when office closed for more days than usual of course, and probably staff holidays too.

- The OP got the letter from GTR / Thameslink on 30 December 2025

- The OP replied to that on 5 January 2026

- The OP was offered an Out of Court settlement on 13 January 2026
