The latest series of the show started tonight on BBC Scotland. It’s also available on BBC iPlayer.
The usual last minute problems and exaggerated drama but tonight’s featured a visit to Barrhead signal box and a feature on the Argyle line to maintain the interest of the enthusiast.

I really liked episodes 4, 5 and 6 of this, with the low level victorian platform restoration for the tours. I hope there's a series 5!

Another interesting series, but I can't help wondering how they plan to get a steam loco and coach into the disused Central Low Level platform......

The assistant to the blind man who (the assistant) kept saying "sorry, sorry, sorry" to other people, I was thinking "what was she so sorry for?"

I completely missed this as the ‘next series’ link on my Sky+ box never picked it up, so I’ll have a binge over Christmas I guess.

Thanks, I ended up completely missing series 4 so been keeping an eye out for it, spotted that episodes 1-3 have been shown on the last three Saturdays and are currently on iPlayer so I’ve got those but can’t see episode 4 in the listings and it’s not currently listed in upcoming episodes on the BBC website. Anyone have any info as to if/when the remaining episodes are being shown again?

Episode 4 is on this coming Saturday at 9pm BBC Scotland so should appear on iPlayer afterwards.
