Hull Trains to use HST

Been at Long Marston so i presume the PCs are ex VT. Two ex VT buffets have also been shipped off somewhere. It is likely to first run on saturdays as HSTs do not cater for the business pax as well as 222s...

That was the plan when WB64 was to be used. The HST set will be getting a proper going over so it is not likely to be restricted in any way.

I would expect that converting the powercars would be no more difficult than converting the coaches, the main thing is that by converting the coaches it is easy to mix the converted hauled Mk3s and HST trailers. Other than that, the only other thing is to fit through wiring for the multiple working system. Luckely, the electropnumatic function of the HST brakes is just on the powercars (the drivers brake controller controls the brake pipe valves on both powercars, so the brakes are applied or released at each end at the same time), so there are no problem there.
