Enhanced evening and weekend frequencies
Changes to improve how certain areas are served
Improved bus interchange facilities in Grimsby
Clearer and more comprehensive information about services and ticketing through a wide variety of sources
Improvements to the feeling of personal safety while using buses
Modernising the bus fleet and introducing zero emission vehicles

Any thoughts on it?

No suggestion of improving bus access via bus only roads or bus lanes, the things the council could do that could make an actual difference not only to how attractive the services are but also the cost of providing them.

As regards to modernizing the bus fleet, it only feels like yesterday since Grimsby received a fleet of brand new Enviro 200s. It will be interesting to see where these might end up if they are going to be replaced with MMCs.

Also, it felt like several steps backwards when the relatively new waiting room, cafe and toilets area was closed.

The waiting room was great, loved the cafe in there. Now bus drivers have to face a winter of standing around in the cold outside again, also they often need to use the Admiral Casino for facilities, which doesn't look good when they are taking the fare-box with them!

One bus I hope gets withdrawn is 27764, a bus that is not accessible for wheelchair users as seats are in the bay, I hate that bus. Those Enviro buses you mention are perfect, but some single deckers have limited room for prams on the right side which causes trouble.

Don't see how enhanced services can be provided with a shortage of drivers forcing the 3 and 4 to a reduced frequency at the moment.
