Google Maps Streetview whiteout on Firefox

Hello all,

Can anyone get Maps to work on Firefox? My friend is having an issue with it? When in streetview mode, it works for about a minute or two, clicking down a road, doesn't matter where, then it just goes white. It only reset's if you go back to Google Maps and re-drop the little man onto the street for streetview, then again it doesn't last long before it goes white again.

Is there a plugin or something required?

No problem here, is your friend using the latest version of firefox? (42.0)

Also, are there any addons that may be causing an issue (especially flash - street view works on HTML5 now)? Try launching firefox in safe mode and see if it works.
