We travelled by train from Cambridge to King's Cross yesterday and found the passenger assist to be brilliant. Staff were courteous and helpful, helped us with seat location and were waiting with ramps and assistance in a timely manner.
We did arrange and book 24 hours ahead as advised and arrive 20 minutes ahead.
We were able to get an earlier train than notified as our appointment in London- finished earlier- and staff were very help at both ends

That's good to hear. Have you considered sending a similar letter to your train operator - probably GNER? I'm sure that they would be pleased to hear of a positive experience rather than a complainr!
