Does railfreight (or any other foc for that matter) have a depot at Dee marsh/penyfordd/padeswood area where drivers book on and are based from?

See lots of buildings and locos there, just not sure if there is a depot based there.

There's certainly been construction activity at Padeswood this year (based from a site at Penyffordd station).
I believe it's connected with enabling a new flow of cement from the works.
Normally rail is only used to deliver coal to the plant.

Certainly loco's for the Penyfford (and Clitheroe) traffic have interchange with those Class 66's based at Tuebrook Sidings which suggest the drivers are on the same circuit as such. However, recent times not many interchanges have taken place due to lack of Class 66's at Tuebrook Sdgs, as mainly Class 60's based there for the biomass and stone traffic.
