I got a slab cut from my back garden moved to front. There’s some white marks went on a slab already down and also some white blotching how long would I expect this to stay for? Few months years? It’s a shared open plan path so can’t jet wash. Putting mud down on last slab just made it more white.

paint some plant feed or milk on the white patch's this will speed up the algae growth to cover them

Will it restore it without spending alot on a driveway? Im afraid to clean them incase it makes issue worse

It may never have uniform visual appearance across the slab. You could try using a stiff brush plus soapy water to see if that removes the worst of the "muck".

I managed go get the white marks off but not the green from the trees at the back. When it’s wet it’s an exact match. However I don’t really feel satisfied had advice like pressure wash but wont match the open plan gardens. I’ve had two driveway quotes but they cost a fair few thousand?

Wear gloves and preferably goggles if you try this, but using household bleach and a brush on the green area may be worth trying. Make sure it does not spread onto growing plants.

Soda Crystals / Washing Soda aka Sodium Carbonate is another possibility with a good scrub.
