if there is a guaranteed pot would this make the TBus scheme in Leeds all the more likely (and in turn kill off any tram ideas for the net while, unless the two are integrated)? Similarly, would this mean that, within a couple of years, we could potentially see definite proposals for new systems surfacing (*cough* Cardiff/Bristol *cough*)?
