Freightliner - why STP?

Hi all,

I would like to enquire about Freightliner services. Almost all of them are Short-term Plan (STP) even when there is an identical WTT path in the timetable. Others don’t have WTT paths but I have no idea why as they are regular runners (4L67 for example). I cannot understand this and I am very confused. Could anyone explain why this is done?

Are they definitely identical, they only need to be ½ minute out somewhere to not be. If they have been recently added since a timetable change then they won't necessarily be WTT paths.

These look pretty much identical for tomorrow. What I find strange is that only Freightliner seem to do this, and it applies to so many of their trains.

4L67 is new, introduced part way through this timetable and probably doesn't have access rights.

The only noticeable difference appears to be the Service Code so it seems to run under FLHH, rather than FLIM? Not sure why they wouldn't just amend the WTT?
