Hi anyone have the usual?

Roster, pay, routes and general vibes. Can't see anything online. Appreciate it as always!

Drivers happy, turnover, fed up. New routes in pipeline or traction. Anything happening in the company in near future that sort of thing.

I’m not Eastleigh based but another IM location so can only give a general vibe if the company.

Freightliner Ltd in general, drivers are happy, we have a steady flow of drivers from other FOCs and some TOCs coming over. Rostered work, most weekends and bank holidays off. Salary is good and not too far of the likes of WMT. Plenty of Rest Day work. Not a bad company at all.

Most work is to/from birmingham or back and forth between eastleigh and southampton port, 13 week roster with 2 weeks holiday (1 week AL and the other rest days).Like UTV said weekend work is pretty rare and same for bank holidays. Managment don't get too involved, if you're doing everything correctly you'll hardly ever speak to them
