what are the current arrangements for first great western compensation for delays - both for standard tickets and season tickets?

i googled some info (can't find anything on the first great western site) but that info looked old - it talked about combining arrangements from when first great western and first great western link came together. where is the current info?

thanks

The link Moonrakerz has posted is what I understand to be the current arrangements, although it does lead to some strange amomolies, in the compensation you get when travelling between London & Reading, can sometimes depend which train you end up catching.

You need a good knowledge of what was once a FGW Service and what was FGW Link. Not a problem for many users of this site I suspect, but confusing for the average member of the travelling public
