[FI/SE] New freight paths from Oulu to Haparanda

After a long quiet period there will now be freight trains across the Finnish-Swedish border. VR has allocated these train paths which were approved on 2nd October:

T 5121 running Friday only 2026-11-06 - 2026-12-11
Oulu tavara (Olt) 5:28
Kemi (Kem) 7:18 / 8:15
Haaparanta pohjoinen (Hpa) / Haparanda (Hp) 9:05

T 5122 running Saturday only 2026-11-07 - 2026-12-12
Haaparanta pohjoinen (Hpa) / Haparanda (Hp) 0:01
Kemi (Kem) 1:00 / 2:12
Oulu tavara (Olt) 4:49
