Angel Road is probably a station with one of the poorest service levels in London just a few trains each morning and evening peak, with none at weekends. I was therefore surprised to board the delayed 1333 from Enfield Lock to Liverpool Street yesterday and hear an announcement from the driver that we'd also be calling at Angel Road. Does anyone know the reason why? Looking at live departure boards on my phone at the time there were a couple of other trains calling in the early afternoon too.
