I see there is zero trains to Paris and Brussels so the Euro tunnel effectively closed to passengers. When was the last time this happened?

It's not completely closed, Eurostar are running the full planned service from Paris to London (which is much more than the once daily service on most days lately). But nothing in either direction for Brussels or Amsterdam.

I stand corrected. I only looked at London to Paris and assumed the inbound workings were cancelled as well, but evidently they aren't.
