How long does it take to hear back from the EMR Prosecutions Office post-incident? It has been more than 1 month since the incident, and I have not heard back. Is there a possibility that EMR does not want to settle this out of court?

It can take from a couple of weeks to a few months but train companies will usually agree to settle the matter out of court for those who engage with the process. If you require help dealing with the matter please provide more details and we can give advice.

I went to payment website and filled in my details. I got a warning message saying that payment is no longer available for this case/ notice. Does that mean the prosecution office tried to contact me? I'm worried that I missed it and they are now taking me to court

As stated above, you will need to give more detail of what happened to enable us to help. Were you issued with a Penalty Fare Notice or an Witness Report? Why were you going to a payment website? The sort of information we need is detailed here: Please read before posting in Disputes and Prosecutions

"payment is no longer available" suggests OP has been offered an out of court settlement but has somehow missed the deadline to pay. There are still things you can do to prevent a conviction so as Haywain says please upload a copy of all paperwork (suitably redacted) and we'll see what we can do to help

Apart from providing the information @Haywain has directed you to, are you absolutely sure that you gave them your correct address? And that nothing has been delivered to that address since the incident which has been overlooked?
