I'm planning a journey from London to Inverurie for this date but all the journey planners are routing me from Euston at the moment. There's nothing on the LNER website about engineering work that day and it's not mentioned as an exclusion from advance fares being on sale on LNER either. Anyone know what's up?

Thank you, it’s a shame that LNER doesn’t share this info!

Funnily enough, I asked the same question a few weeks ago, as a friend wanted me to look for train tickets from King's Cross to Newcastle.

When I told him about the problems, he decided to try British Airways. He managed to get a flight for about £60.
