Thank you Paul. There are plenty of things happening 'behind the scenes' as it were. As Ainsworth74 said in post 50 of this thread, we will let people know about further changes at the appropriate time.

It's just a pity that we cannot exit the Double Post Prevention System by triggering Post 50! :lol:

One plug-in that would be useful if one existed for this version of vBulletin would be a reply as linked topic one. Another forum software called Discourse has an option where a reply to a post forms a new topic which is linked to can't remember if its the post or the topic.

What's the news on the loss of the "double post prevention" system ?

This used to be useful as it would automatically turn consecutive posts into one but hasn't been back for some time.

It's been gone for a while since like late January or something. I recon it's down to technical issues again, and I believe in our staff that it'd get fixed again.
