DHL Catering Strike Dates?

Just wondering whether there's anywhere I can find out what date(s) the DHL catering contractors for Avanti West Coast are going to be on strike? Last time I treated myself to a 1st class upgrade, the catering was not up to the usual standard (three-quarters of a chicken sandwich instead of a hot meal!), and I don't want to bother splashing out if that's the situation again. Can't see anything on the Avanti, DHL or RMT websites.

Their last planned strike was suspended so maybe there’s a proposed settlement unless someone knows differently
