Hello,
I have a delay repay query - I have the following tickets
Harrogate to Newark Northgate off peak single (£29.30)
Newark Northgate to stevenage super off peak return (£76.00)
Stevenage to Hatfield off peak day single (£4.10)
my itinerary was as follows
1633 - 1805 Harrogate to Newark Northgate
Break of journey at newark northgate for an hour as I needed to drop something off at newark then
1905 - 1949 Newark Northgate - Stevenage
2009-2025 Stevenage to Hatfield
My 1905-1949 train was delayed and instead of getting the 2009 i’ve had to get the 2109 arriving into hatfield (doors open at 2125)
I know I would claim for a one hour delay from LNER, but would it be the full harrogate to hatfield or just newark to hatfield that I’d claim for.
