Hi everyone, I'm not sure what to do on a delay repay claim on a recent journey from London to Barnham.
Last Thursday 20/08 Victoria to Barnham trains through the Arun Valley weren't running and our service, the 1133 Victoria - Portsmouth Harbour was diverted via Hove and ran fast to Barnham rather than splitting at Horsham.
I was using the return portion of a paper off-peak return Arundel-Victoria and an E-ticket anytime single from Arundel to Barnham.
The train arrived 15 late into Barnham so my actual delay was minimal.
If I followed my valid itinerary (?) I'd have been over 2 hours late I believe looking at RTT as no train called at Arundel for hours.
What delay repay am I entitled to, and what should I receive?
I think I should receive a 15min claim for the whole journey but how would I get that exactly?
Thanks
