Dapol 2009 Lineup Accidentally released

British Railway Modeller accidentally issued copies of the Dapol 2009 Catalogue with its November 2008 issue to subscribers. A catalogue that apparently Dapol paid BRM not to issue until at least November 1st 2008.

SUMMARY
Class 67 schemes are finalised. No suprise that the Class 67 and DVT are to be suplimented by Mk3 coaches in various schemes to match. Class 86 schemes are finalised.

BIG NEWS
Dapol have announced a Class 58. As well as the 4 schemes it will appear in.

Is this N-guage? And if so was there any mention of the Dapol OHLE system?

Matt, most models from Dapol are N Guage, but a few 00 models are showing up after a few years!!
Bachmann, Heljan & Hornby are the main 00 Guage Model Manafufacturers
Dapol & Graham Farish are the 2 main N Guage Model Manufacturers.

Yeah this is all N-Gauge stuff. Dapol are talking about their own plastic OHLE which they are in talks with japanese manufacturers about.

Dapol do some airfix style plastic kits for 00 modellers, and as above they are beginning to get their foot in the door of the 00 market. Recetnly they released some FEA-B spine wagons and will be doing a Class 22 for Kernow Models in 00.

Good to see a Class 67 and 86, as well as the anticipated Class 156
However, I am surprised at their decision for Mark 3 coaches, although the DVT is a welcome addition

Out of interest, does the 67029+dvt pack include the EWS Executive Coaches. If not are these available individually?

From the information avialable it looks like the coaches are not yet included. I hadnt noticed myself.
