It has been reported on Roger French’s blog that Cumbria Classic Coaches is to close at the end of September. Very sad - it will almost certainly mean the loss of the wonderful (and quirky) Wednesday only route 572 across the Pennines from Kirkby Stephen to Barnard Castle. Nothing on their website but apparently on Facebook, as a dinosaur I don’t use this. Very sad!
