Creating a custom tube map

What would I actually need to do? I can create straight lines and merge station names (such as Edgware and East Finchley to make Edgware East) but that's about it. How can I make curves and get an identical font to the one on the map?
I would like:
A tube map
Font pack
Curves
essentially.

The font cant officially be downloaded but I think copies are floating around on the internet...

I will do that sometime. I might just get all the capital letters and lower case letters extracting from other stations that are already there, if you know what I mean.
