Coventry WMR services

While looking at the network map, and once again seeing the "limited service" for WMR between Birmingham International and Coventry we had a look and found the following service from New Street to Coventry in the evening and Coventry to New Street in the morning (stabling in the yard overnight):

I'm intrigued if there's a particular reason for this existing, by itself it seems rather odd to have that single WMR branded service by itself

It runs with WMR liveried Class 730s, there's a few that stable in Coventry Yard overnight.
