How do people think they will go?
I think they will be very bad for the Tories - but perhaps not as great as they could be for Labour, simply because people might blame Labour incumbents for council cuts, even though the root cause is lack of Government funding. Perhaps very good for Independents.
Labour will do well, I think, where they are not the incumbent council so we could ironically see Labour take some traditionally Tory areas while some more traditional Labour areas go NOC due to some Labour votes going to independents, Lib Dem, Green, etc.
I do think Labour will do better in the GE than in the council elections, for this reason.
