Being sick on a train, that takes me back. Not me but my sister, on a loco hauled slam door Met line train to Liverpool Street. Going on holiday to Norfolk. At Liverpool St my father told the staff that a child had thrown up over the seat. Lucky it was compartment stock, I guess that just stick a sign on the door this compartment out of use. A Saturday of course helps as well, imagine in the rush hour.

The only thing I might do is see if there are any newspapers lying around to cover it, but nowadays they are a rare find on a train.
I probably wouldn't cover it for fear of someone grabbing it or sitting on it!
