Concessionary fares Greater Manchester

Just a quick heads up that from April concessionary fares for children, the disabled and OAP's across Bus/Tram/Train in Greater Manchester will be rising from 80p flat rate to half fare because of government custs to the local councils budgets.

The concessionary fare only applies to bus and metrolink. Rail fares are currently half price at all times for under 16's and half fare before 09.30 for those with OAP passes/certain disabilities. This will not change. Concession plus passes will remain free at all times within Greater Manchester.
