Just confused with passcom and egress. Driver definitely can override the passcom. I was thinking can driver override egress too?

As above, it depends on the stock.

In a medical emergency, do not use the PassComm - you do not want to stop between stations if paramedic attendance is required.

Indeed - but that won’t stop some people doing it.
