Colas Rail - Qualified Driver - Information required

Hi all,

I’ve been offered a qualified position with Colas rail. I currently work for heavy haul (formally Freightliner) I was just wondering from any current drivers what it’s like to work there?

I’m thinking in terms of annual leave, t&c’s, management style etc. any help or opinions are welcome!

Hi all, I'm a qualified driver looking at a few roles with Colas - Driver Infrastructure Monitoring. Does anyone have any experience working for them positive or negative, perhaps I could ask you a few questions if you're still in role? Also, I'm aware their pension no longer allows new entrants with railpen, can someone explain what the current setup is for that?
