Class 465/2 fleet to be reintroduced?

I heard something on the grapevine from a friend of mine that Southeastern are considering bringing their fleet of 465/2s out of warm storage, once the remaining 707s have arrived from SWR and the 377s have been transferred back 'home' to Southern. Can anyone corroborate this and if so, what are your thoughts?

Wowzers even the ones in service are in a poor state let alone those sitting for a year without moving.

Was it a Networker that caught alight earlier today at Dartford?

To be fair if they keep setting fires they may have to drag them back. Two in two weeks now.

Loud celebrations from my point of view, these are great trains and and now the passenger numbers in the southeast in particular are definitely back to what they were pre-pandemic albeit at different times the capacity will be welcomed. I wonder if this means that the South Eastern tender for new stock has been delayed or kicked into the long grass all together and we will now see a comprehensive life extension program for these and refits of the 376 and eventually the 375 fleet which have had like these units little attention

I saw reports of this although apparently it wasn't anywhere near as severe of a fire as that seen in the incident at West Malling a couple of weeks ago. SE customer services inititally stated that the train was being held for a "safety inspection"
