Claims Reported That Merseyrail Driver Demanded "Autistic Child Stop Crying"

Well, yes, that is a possibility, with only having one side's account of things.

In the title it says the driver told an autistic person to stop crying. Yet in the body of the article it says the person was screaming, and makes no reference to telling them to stop crying. All a mess really.

Nobody knows what actually happened based on this article.
In the late 1990s I was on a Eurostar to Paris and there was a child making the most enormous continual non-stop screaming. It was piercing in pitch and very loud. Eventually an female American voice bawled 'SHADDAP!'. At this, the child's mother got up and told the carriage that the child was severely handicapped and they were taking him to Paris to see a specialist. The child screamed the whole way to Gare du Nord.
