The irresponsibility of Chiltern has placed undue stress on TfL to carry thousands of passengers adding severity to any disruption on the tube network.
Chiltern have not been irresponsible. Your incessant demands are unreasonable. Even more so when you choose to ignore copious feedback from people in the know about why what you are seeking isn't possible.

No, SDO is not an issue here. Train lengths were extended to cope with the additional numbers of customers for the closure of the WCML. Having SDO fitted to enable more customers to board at stations of a length less than that of the train doesn't solve a capacity issue that was the reason why the train plan was as it was in the first place.

I would suggest that, even were all the short platforms lengthened, or SDO fitted to all Chiltern units, in the very rare circumstance being discussed here sacrificing stops at the likes of Kings Sutton in order to serve the Birmingham/London demand would still be the right, and sensible, thing to do.

No, it has focused all of the queuing on one place that is built to handle the crowds. Passengers are free to disperse to other stations on foot, or stagger their journeys.
I'd argue all 3 Wembley stations (the infrastructure) can handle crowds. Just that last week, the Chiltern trains couldn't manage the crowds.

At Wembley Stadium station after events, usually, the entire bridge above the station is closed off to through passage. Temporary metal barriers form a "snake" queueing area, utilising the entire bridge.

Indeed, with KS being served by taxi - supposing there is the rolling stock available in the first place, which is unlikely.
