Hi all
I think I’ve posted this in the right place…sorry if not.
I was booked on the cancelled 1847 Avanti West Coast service from Birmingham New Street to London yesterday evening.
I took the 1921 instead and arrival at Euston was 2106 instead of 2006. I understand that signalling problems were the cause of the cancellation.
My journey would end at Bishops Stortford, so I then arrived at Liverpool Street at 2130. There was a passenger incident at Cheshunt, so no train from Liverpool Street to Bishops Stortford until midnight.
I had a day return from Bishops S to Underground zone 1, as well as advance singles from Euston to Birmingham and back.
My question is should I reclaim delay repay for both tickets from Avanti WC? Or separately from Avanti and Greater Anglia?
Thanks everyone
