Changes to OBB booking?

I had a ticket on the Night Jet Brussels-Vienna sleeper next week but can no longer travel due to getting Covid.
I can cancel and get 50% of the fare back, but I wondered, is there an option to just move the booking to a future date? I can't see any option to do this online. I have emailed OBB to ask, but no reply. Any insight appreciated.

It's a 'Comfort' ticket. If I had asked for a refund more than 15 days before I could have got a full refund but unfortunately Covid struck after that! (thank you!)

Bad news unfortunately according to someone in the know - changing dates is similar to cancelling and booking anew and so carries the same penalty. Sorry!

He recommends that you still try and contact ÖBB via Facebook or Twitter, explain your situation and ask for a goodwill offer. They can be quite flexible at times.

I have a similar issue: booked tickets Zurich/Budapest with OBB, but will need to take an earlier flight given Canada's new travel requirement to do an arrival test and quarantine until I get a negative result.
@williamn, have you heard from OBB?
