This Saturday morning there is no service between Liverpool Street and Loughton, however the replacement bus service is only running as far as Woodford, anyone know why this is?

Working timetable says:
Saturday mornings, 29 April (03.00 to 04.45 and overnight)

Service CL-5: Loughton-Buckhurst Hill-Woodford-South Woodford-Snaresbrook-Stratford (Loughton and Buckhurst Hill served on late night/early morning on Friday 28/Saturday 29 April).
Passengers travelling between Oxford Circus and the east end of the Central line must be advised to use the Jubilee line between Bond Street and Stratford, changing at Stratford for rail replacement bus service CL-5 (for Loughton) and bus service N8 (for Hainault)

What i found strange over the previous 3 days was why the to/from Newbury Park buses were going to Snaresbrook Station (adding at times an extra 10 minutes) to an already lengthy journey to Stratford, given the Woodford bound buses were also calling at Snaresbrook as well? Anyone have any indication why they were routed that way rather than via the way the 145 still operates which is far more direct and avoids the roadworks near Snaresbrook Station
