Revenue protection for Chiltern
Carlisle are effectively an outsourced supplier for various railway tasks, which are listed here. Most common is station and train cleaning, but also security tasks and other customer service tasks, event staff and so on. Much like Ontrak & STM. So there's a risk of "zero-hour" work and sort of being shunted wherever. T&Cs won't be as good as permanent staff, but it might be a way in if that's what you are after.
