I did read about this when I was in uni a few years ago.
I believe line 2 is a route from Rumney/St Mellons - City Centre - St Fagans
I even read about another improved bus service to/from Cardiff auirport- A waste considering there isnt many people using the X91 now a lot of people are using the train and then the free shuttle bus to the airport.
