Can anyone help me with an e-mail address?

It is one of those companies that seem to delight in making it almost impossible for an ordinary person to contact them.
I need to contact Universal Music Group (UMG) - not the music store, the company itself.
It is a complicated copyright issue and I really don't want to be passed from person to person on the phone.
I guess asking this question on a transport forum is a long shot, but I'm getting kind of desperate.
