I know there are a few would be football managers around the forum, so here is your chance to pit your tactical knowledge against others.
I am setting up a league at www.xperteleven.com, for any forum members (or anyone else you think would like to play) to join in. It can take as little as ten minutes each week to set your tactics for two games that are played (Tuesday and Friday at 09:30 for this league). You do not have to be present when the matches are played, just set the team up beforehand.
You choose your team name, the nationality of your players, your first choice and second choice team kits and name your stadium. You decide which players to sell or even sack, and which you want to buy. For each match you need to pick 11 players and upto five substitutes and tell them how to play the game, simple as that.
Best of all it is completely FREE.
If you choose to, you can become a VIP member, which gets a few extra features, the majority of which make no difference to the actual game (graphs, etc), although Direct Transfers between VIP teams become possible, although you have to pay for this extra stuff.
Any member can also apply for an official team in the Xpert Eleven leagues and compete against teams from around the world!
The more you play, and the better you get, the more teams you can have, you can even create your own leagues, for you and your friends!

Once six teams are registered, friendlies and transfers can begin and a league can be started, but there is no upper limit to the number of teams that can join. Once the season is started new teams will have to wait 'til the season end to join.
