Bve with windows 7 HELP!

Hi everyone i just bought an new computer with windows 7, i used to run bve with windows xp but now i am using windows 7 i have a problem.

i heard that there are dll files you need to download but i need to know where you download them and where to put them.
i am running

windows 7 Home Premuim
160GB Hard Drive
2GB Ram

OpenBVE or just BVE? If it's the latter, no DLL files are needed. If it is the former - read the installation instructions.
