Love it!

Tightest place I've ever been on a reversing bus - and a full-sized double decker -is Craster, Northumberland. The Newcastle to Berwick coastal route squeezes along the harbourside, backs into a tiny bus bay between two walls, and out again. There certainly wouldn't be room for a turntable!

According to Disused Stations there was one installed at the Jersey Eastern Railway terminus at St Helier during the period after railway closure when it was a bus station.

Unbelievably the trolleybus turntable is still in situ, even though the last trolleybus used it in the late sixties!

Theres some places in Cornwall they would be greatly usefull, where the end of routes involve turning in narrow spaces.

There was this one in place up until the mid 1980s, too.
